This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I may collect, why I collect it, how I use it, when I may share it, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
I aim to handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to me and to your interaction with Purr Next Door. Because privacy laws differ between countries and regions, some rights and obligations may apply differently depending on where you are located.
1. Information I may collect
Depending on how you use Purr Next Door, I may collect:

- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The recipient's name
- The recipient's postal address
- Information necessary to fulfil your order
- Order and transaction information
- Information you provide when contacting me
- Information you provide in connection with an address change, delivery issue or refund request
- Technical information that may be collected when you use my website, such as device or browser information, IP address, cookies or similar technologies, where applicable
If you choose to provide additional information, such as a date of birth, that information may also be collected.
I only want information that has a reason for being there.

2. Why I collect your information

- Deliver your letters to the address you provide

I don't collect information simply because the blue cat is curious. Although, admittedly, the blue cat is quite curious.

4. Payment information
Payments are processed through my payment service provider, Razorpay.
I do not ask you to send me your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or other payment credentials by email, Instagram or direct message.
Payment information is handled through the payment-processing systems used for your transaction. Razorpay may process your information according to its own applicable privacy policy and terms.
5. Postal and fulfilment services
To send your letter, I need to provide relevant delivery information, such as the recipient's name and postal address, to the postal network or delivery service handling the shipment.
This information is shared only to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil the order or resolve a delivery issue. This applies to letters sent within India and to other countries.
6. Information you provide about another person
If you order a letter for someone else, you may provide their name and postal address so that I can send the letter to them.
Please make sure you have the appropriate permission or lawful basis to provide another person's information where this is required by applicable law. Please do not provide sensitive personal information about the recipient through my forms.
7. Sensitive personal information
Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless a specific Purr Next Door feature explicitly asks for it and provides an appropriate way to submit it.
This includes information such as health information, financial credentials, government identification numbers, passwords, precise financial account information or other information that may receive special protection under applicable law.
I don't need it. The blue cat has enough mysteries already.
8. Sharing personal information
I may share relevant personal information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Purr Next Door, including:
- Payment-processing providers
- Postal and delivery services
- Website, hosting or technology providers
- Customer-support or communication providers
- Professional advisers where necessary

I do not sell your personal information as a product.

Purr Next Door serves hoomans in India and other countries. As a result, personal information may sometimes be processed or transferred across national borders, including between countries that may have different data-protection laws.
