If you're writing about an existing order, please include the name or email address used for the order and any relevant details.
It helps me find your letter without making the blue cat search through an unnecessarily large pile of paperwork.
If you're writing about a delivery, please also mention the destination country and any other details that might help me identify the letter.
I will get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 2–5 days.
